Our Research
- Our contribution on ‘Managing project portfolios under uncertainty’ was announced as a finalist for the PMI Australia National Research Award in May 2019.
- Research into ‘Practical solutions for managingcomplexity in the early planning stages’ was announced as a finalist for the PGCS Walt Lipke Award in August 2019.
Our Development Programs
- As of October 2019, we’ve managed services (including design and constructability, workstreams and commercial support) for more than 10 years for mega-infrastructure projects.
- We’ve successfully completed four projects for strategic and final business cases (each taking 6-8 months).
Our Program Delivery
- As of October 2019, we’ve managed services (including progress monitoring, health checks, superintending and planning) for more than three years.
Our Training and Learning
- As of October 2019, we’ve managed services (including designing and implementing facilitation processes for organisation learning) for more than three years.
- We’ve successfully completed five projects for training institutes and universities (each taking a day).
- As of October 2019, more than 200 executive attendees have completed our short courses.
Technology Enabling
- As of October 2019, we’ve managed services (as a Technical and Commercial Advisory) for tech-driven solutions for more than six months.
- As of October 2019, we’ve successfully completed one project for a Biotech start-up (taking 3 months).
