What is systems-thinking and how do you use it?

The system-thinking approach refers to a group of interdependent elements that shape a unified whole with a particular purpose.

Systems-thinking can help project managers understand cause-and-effect relationships in complex projects where teams must deal with technical or directional uncertainty.

Can we return for refresher courses?

Unlimited viewing of your registered online course is available for eight weeks. Following the eight-week period or completion of your assessment (whichever comes first), you won’t be given a second chance to pass the assessment for the final certificate.

How does the digital platform work?

Our digital platform provides a collaborative forum, a resource library, and webinars for registered member of our products. Simply login to gain access.

How do I know if my team needs project management training?

You will benefit from our training if your organisation lacks a common understanding of good practice, is weak in consistency, and shows poor maintenance of big picture goals.

Will we receive any certification after completing the training?

Yes. Participants who successfully use our techniques at their workplace can become certified associates from the Hooshmand-Intelligence Advisory. This qualification provides access to other thinkers in their community of practice.

How long will it take to complete the training?
